Baby Ruth is a little peanut!

Congratulations to Dr. Nancy Thomas and her husband James on the birth of their baby girl, Ruth! Born September 15, 2014.   Her big brothers Jonah and Gideon are excited to have a baby sister!

Attention FHN patients

Medicaid of Illinois has not renewed its contract with FHN ( Family Health Network ) for next year.  If you wish to remain a patient with Pediatric Health Associates, you must enroll in either BCBS Community Family Health Plan or Meridian Health Plan and choose a Pediatric Health doctor as your PCP (primary care physician) We strongly recommend that you enroll within the next 2-3 weeks to avoid being auto-assigned by Medicaid to another insurance company not contracted with our group.
