Help feed the hungry!


You can join many Naperville faith-based groups to help pack nearly a million daily nutrition bags for the world's starving..  It’s a  great way to help your kids, from Kindergarten up, to understand that giving to those in need is so important for others & ourselves.  See their website: http://feedtheneednaperville.org/

Feed the Need! MobilePack 2015

On February 15-16, 4,000 volunteers are needed to pack 800,000 meals for starving children around the world! About 270,000 of those meals will be delivered to the Ebola-stricken countries in Africa!

Please join this community service event and help feed starving children across the world by packing nutritious meals in 2-hour shifts. All churches, businesses, civic organizations, and individuals are welcome to participate. Attention FHN patients

Medicaid of Illinois has not renewed its contract with FHN ( Family Health Network ) for next year.  If you wish to remain a patient with Pediatric Health Associates, you must enroll in either BCBS Community Family Health Plan or Meridian Health Plan and choose a Pediatric Health doctor as your PCP (primary care physician) We strongly recommend that you enroll within the next 2-3 weeks to avoid being auto-assigned by Medicaid to another insurance company not contracted with our group.
