EPI-PEN RECALL

Mylan Pharmaceuticals has just posted a recall for several lot numbers of their Epi-Pen.  If you have a device included in the below list of lot numbers, please contact your pharmacy about either exchanging your current Epi-Pen or refilling with a non-affected lot number.

Attention FHN patients

Medicaid of Illinois has not renewed its contract with FHN ( Family Health Network ) for next year.  If you wish to remain a patient with Pediatric Health Associates, you must enroll in either BCBS Community Family Health Plan or Meridian Health Plan and choose a Pediatric Health doctor as your PCP (primary care physician) We strongly recommend that you enroll within the next 2-3 weeks to avoid being auto-assigned by Medicaid to another insurance company not contracted with our group.
